ABOUT
Aleks Construction is a specialist demolition sub-contractor who has been working on landmark projects in the London area for over 10 years. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the working relationships we forge with our clients. Testament to the above is the fact that over 90% of our current workload is repeat business with existing clients. We specialise in all forms of demolition including, full demolition, soft strip, cut and carve, temporary works, enabling works, site investigations and underpinning. We have a large directly employed workforce with all relevant training certificates and accreditations which gives us the full control of both the quality and safety that we pride ourselves upon.
SERVICES
Soft Strip
We can take the building back to shell and core to enable a full refit or a more limited strip to utilise any of the existing finishes. We aim to reuse or recycle 100% of the materials we generate during the process and provide the relevant verification for our clients use to assist with their BREEAM rating
Underpinning
We will undertake any underpinning projects, ranging from open sites with easy access to tight confined spaces working within existing basements. We have groundworkers, steel fixers and carpenters directly on the books who enable us to maintain the high standards for which we always strive
Demolition Works
We carry out all types of demolition works from awkward cut and carve demolition, through to full demolition of numerous types of structures and buildings. ‘Cut and Carve’ can involve removing elements of buildings whilst providing temporary works to maintain the structural integrity to enable new elements to be incorporated into the new refitted building
Temporary Works
We have completed numerous substantial temporary works to enable cut and carve works, floor removal, façade retention etc. Our skilled workforce can rise to most of the challenges presented to us
Permanent Works
We have carried out numerous permanent works such as reinforced concrete works including holorib slabs, walls, steelwork, brickwork and blockwork.
Enabling and Investigations
We have vast experience in carrying out all manner of Investigation and Enabling Works including exposing joints, taking and testing of structural samples and the like to assist Engineers complete designs, Archaeological investigations etc.
